    1. Place frozen product on a parchment lined baking sheet.

    2. Cover loosely with plastic wrap, set out at room temperature to thaw and proof (rise) until nearly doubled in size, about 4-6 hours.

    3. Center rack and preheat oven to 350 convection or 375 conventional.

    4. Arrange product as desired and brush with egg wash.

    5. Bake until golden brown, and firm to the touch, 18 to 20 minutes.
